In the Seattle area we hold our workshops at the Shadow Lake Guest House which is located just south of the city. The Guest House is situated on 10 acres and has 800 feet of Shadow Lake waterfront. The property also connects to a 42 acre preserved forest that you are welcome to explore. It’s a beautiful site with nesting eagles, deer, many geese and other wildlife. Workshops at this location are limited to a max of sixteen participants.

In Bend, OR we are hosted by the Unity Community of Central Oregon (UCCO) which is dedicated to a message of personal and planetary spiritual transformation. The community offers celebration services designed to inspire and uplift consciousness, drawing on both ancient traditions and contemporary sources of inspiration. Located just outside of Bend, UCCO offers a beautiful set & setting for deep and meaningful Holotropic Breathwork® experiences.
