There are four steps to registering for one of Breathwork Northwest’s Holotropic Breathwork® workshops.
Step 1 – Review Medical Contraindications
Before you register, please read the list of medical contraindications below. If any of these are issues for you, you should speak with a facilitator BEFORE you register. Please email us (Admin@BreathworkNorthwest.org) with the details of your situation, and your contact info, and a facilitator will call you to discuss prior to your registration.
Pregnancy
Cardiovascular Disease, including Heart Attacks
Severe Hypertension
Epilepsy
Glaucoma or Retinal Detachment
Osteoporosis
Recent Surgeries
Recent Physical Injuries
Recent Infectious/Communicable Diseases
Asthma
Psychiatric Hospitalization or Mental Illness (please discuss prior to registering)
Step 2 – Review our Tiered Equity Pricing policy
We have introduced Tiered Equity Pricing so that we can continue to offer Holotropic Breathwork® to as many people as possible while, at the same time, ensuring that we remain financially viable into the future.
Step 3 – Complete the Registration Form & Pay Online with Paypal*
For simplicity we have combined all our forms and made them part of the registration process. The second to the last step in the registration process is to make a payment through PayPal or by using a Debit/Credit card. Please note: once the payment has processed you must click the “Submit Registration” button to complete your registration.
Step 4 – Introductory Zoom Call
First-time attendees only: We require that you attend an introductory Zoom call which will be approximately one hour long and scheduled on the Wednesday evening immediately prior to the workshop. These replace our former video and/or Friday evening talk. You will be sent an invite for the Zoom call approximately 2 weeks prior to the workshop.

| Tier 0 Paying Tier 1 will undermine our household’s ability to pay our rent, clothe ourselves, buy medicine, and otherwise meet our basic needs for survival. (If this is your situation, please email us to explore whether our work exchange program could be a good option) | Tier 1 This expense does not jeopardize my ability to meet my basic needs. Rather, it will cause me to weigh between this and other discretionary spending as I choose how to spend my limited income and savings. $250 |
| Tier 2 I am sufficiently financially secure to pay this amount. I may have to account for it, but I can afford it. (This tier represents the average needed to support BNW’s basic health and maintenance.) $300 | Tier 3 I can pay this with relative ease. I have freedom when it comes to choosing how I spend my money. (This tier supports BNW’s basic health and maintenance while also creating opportunities for other participants and our future growth.) $350 |
All registration will close at noon on the Wednesday before the workshop
