There are four steps to registering for one of Breathwork Northwest’s Holotropic Breathwork workshops.
Step 1 – Medical Contraindications
Before you register, please read the list of medical contraindications below. If any of these are issues for you, you should speak with a facilitator BEFORE you register. Please email us with the details of your situation, and your contact info, and a facilitator will call you to discuss prior to your registration.
Pregnancy
Cardiovascular Disease, including Heart Attacks
Severe Hypertension
Epilepsy
Glaucoma or Retinal Detachment
Osteoporosis
Recent Surgeries
Recent Physical Injuries
Recent Infectious/Communicable Diseases
Asthma
Psychiatric Hospitalization or Mental Illness (please discuss prior to registering)
Step 2 – Complete the Registration Form
For simplicity we have combined all our forms and made them part of the registration process. The last step in the registration process is to make a payment through PayPal or using a Debit or Credit card. Please note your registration is not complete until you make a payment and submit the registration form.

Step 4 – Introductory Video
First-time attendees only: We require that you watch an introductory video approximately one hour long. These replace our former Friday evening talk. You will be sent a link to the video prior to the workshop.
A Note About Pricing:
If you feel called to do this work and are holding back due to financial constraints please contact us so we can explore whether work exchange could be a viable solution for you. Our heartfelt intention is to make the benefits of HB available to as many people in our area as we are able. To learn more, email us to discuss options.
